STEP 01 Free Consultation

We meet at your site or our office to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. You’ll get honest advice about what’s achievable and initial ballpark figures.

We work closely with you and your architect & designer to create detailed plans, ensuring everything is code-compliant and council-ready.

From initial tender invitations to our early contractor engagement process, we provide a clear roadmap for your project’s budget. A preliminary fee may be involved in this process, the result is a comprehensive, itemised quote with no surprises. We document every material, warranty, and contingency up front so you can move forward with confidence

We handle all council submissions, development applications, and certification. You’re kept informed throughout, but we do the heavy lifting on paperwork.

Build phase begins with regular site meetings and progress updates. Daniel or Chris personally oversees every stages. You’ll have direct access to us throughout the build.

Final walkthrough, defects list completion, and official handover. You receive all warranties, documentation, and our ongoing support for any post-build questions.
